Mommy 'n' Me is an early intervention tool for helping to create secure and healthy attachments between mothers and children. We do this through creativity with healthcare professionals who have exceptional experience and knowledge within childcare.

Painting
Art gives a child the ability to connect with the world around them. Art can go further and play a key role in promoting a secure and safe attachment with each mum and child. It can be a time for both mother and child to show self-expression and overcome challenges. Art is Fun! We can all agree to that, but we need to understand how much this can encourage development. Mommy N Me not only engages you to paint but provides you with the knowledge to take home.
Sensory
The use of sensory play can support a baby and toddler with using their senses and is crucial to brain development. Mommy N me will provide sensory play that can be mirrored within the home to support growth.
Community for Mommies
A community environment can build long-lasting family relationships for mothers and positively impact mental health. Health professionals lead sessions to bridge the gap of access into the community and reduce inequalities. Healthcare professionals such as paediatric nurses, speech and language therapists, and health visitors are examples of our expertise. Mommy N Me will be sure to signpost mothers and children to appropriate services within the community that act as a tool of early intervention.
Supporting mothers' mental health will enhance a secure attachment between a mother and child. Mothers coming together would mean sharing knowledge and challenges.
